We have included below a great recipe for a traditional Italian salad dressing:
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar, and
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed and chopped
Simply combine the above ingredients and you have a very tasty salad dressing that you can keep in your refrigerator whenever needed!
